In 2015, the building underwent a full renovation and was reintroduced as Foundry 8 Budd. Today, it serves as a versatile 3,000-square-foot facility, thoughtfully designed to accommodate photography, film, and market research.

  • Utilize our professional photography studio for flawless commercial, product, and portrait shoots, along with access to our prop library and state-of-the-art equipment. If you need help with creative, we also have photographers, videographers, food stylists, art directors, and prop stylists on staff.  

  • A professional kitchen for culinary content, cuttings, and recipe development, complete with marble countertops, beer taps, water cooler, and stainless-steel appliances.

  • Conduct critical consumer testing, focus groups, and design validation in a research space featuring a two-way mirror, a comfortable viewing area, and breakout rooms. 

  • We offer professional conference room rental and meeting space options designed for collaboration, planning, and productive work sessions.
